I did UberEats from there and literally paid extra for a Large and requested ranch and they A. Forgot the straw, B. My sandwich was literally the size of a happy meal it had like 2 strands of lettuce and that was it. (I ordered a Big Mac) and it looked like a happy meal cheese burger. C. They took literally 5 minutes just to accept the order. D. I didn’t get Ranch. I understand mistakes but when it’s out of pure laziness it’s unacceptable.

The worst McDonald's EVER! Customer service is extremely poor to nonexistent. It is not unusual for the associates to yell at customers who aren't moving fast enough when their ticket number is called. Though I have a strong compassion for poor, they are allowed to come in and beg and hover over those who are trying to enjoy their meal. I give this establishment negative 10 stars

If i could rate 0 I would! I walked up to order my food, but the Manager said, hurry up I'm trying to go home, I told him he has to give me a minute, I was in a Moped accident recently so my left eye is blurry all the pressure of seeing is on my right so that eye gets blurry as well, I have a broken arm,& a knee that was busted open where i had surgery, customer service in this McDonald's is horrible, he was so busy in a rush he didn't get my ingredients right on my food & when the worker was calling out the order i said, right here, she called again , i said right here, she said, look at the # on y'all ticket with a attitude. They need to be retrained & in a different position, no matter what customers are right, we spend our money & without the customers & guest you don't have a business.

MOLD MOLD MOLD ! Came here to pick p a Uber order which was terribly unorganized and uncared for... meanwhile the line was out the door... manager standing outside smoking... terrible hygiene and uniform form employees... now here’s the kicker .. a lady had MOLD in her bread ! YES MOLD . Witnessed it with my own eyes. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY here

Food was fine almost got stabbed but was offered starburst for $3. The AC was out when I went there can't imagine the impact on the employees.
